Every gift card will consist of A Card and B Card. A card is the actually money that you paid. B card is the discount value which will be manually allocate by Volkchoi Team.
A card will be allocate directly from the system. That is the actually money you paid. B card will be allocate manually by Volkchoi team via email or instant mesage.
For example, if you buy a $100 gift card, A card will be $85, B card will be $15. They can be used together during the check out.

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?
Customers can't check their own gift card balance, but you can email us atsupport@volkchoi.com and we'll let you know.
CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO BUY A GIFT CARD?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND TAXES?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY GIFT CARD PURCHASE?
Regular discount codes cannot by applied to gift cards. Occasionally we will have special discount codes that are specifically valid on gift cards. See the restrictions on discounted gift cards above.
CAN GIFT CARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. Gift cards purchased at full price can be used together with regular discount codes.
IS THERE TAX ON GIFT CARDS?
No. Gift cards are considered a form of currency, so purchasing one should not incur tax.
When you pay for an order using a gift card, you're charged tax for that order. If we charged tax on the gift card itself, we'd be charging tax twice for the same transaction.
