The earphones feature a brand new, hand-painted design on both ear shells, with each shell boasting a unique face cover design. The right side also prominently features the Z-Reviews logo in the center. Additionally, the package comes with a new Kinera x Z-Reviews logo on the top cover.

Upgraded Modular Cable:

To complement the improved sound quality of the Kinera Nanna 2.1 IEMs, Kinera has bundled the new model with a new-generation stock cable. This 2-core cable is made up of high-purity 6N OFC and 6N OCC Silver-plated wires for superior conductivity.
